About the Programme

The aim of the BGC & Cantor Group Mentoring Programme is to help employees within our Firm make positive connections, expand their networks, and work towards personal goals.

Mentoring is a relationship where someone with more experience or knowledge of a certain topic (mentor) helps guide the learning and growth of someone with less experience (a mentee).

For mentees, this programme offers a platform to connect and learn from experienced colleagues within the Firm. For mentors, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to Firm’s future success, whilst enhancing leadership skills by providing guidance and support to others.



How It Works

To Register:


1. Complete a registration form by clicking here or on the registration tab above.
2. Login with your new password and login information

* If you were involved with the programme through Mentorloop, you will see your old data pre-populated in the registration form, including your previous mentor match.

3. Browse potential mentors and make a selection
4. Receive notification email once approved
5. Click “Connect with your Mentor” to get started

Eligibility to Join


The BGC & Cantor Group Mentoring Programme is open to current BGC Group and Cantor Fitzgerald employees, located within the UK.
